客户订单跟进
写给年前还未出货的客户
有些客户的定金或者款项已经支付了,因为过年停产停工的原因迟迟没有收到货物,而且对于货物的需求也非着急。这样的客户,肯定不希望自己收到的邮件内容仅仅是复工通知,会更加迫切地想知道什么时候生产,什么时候能收到货。
因此,根据我们已经联系工厂或者供应商了解的信息,在邮件中明确告知客户产品生产或者出货进度和时间,总而言之是了解客户内心的焦急,及时解决客户的心理需求。
例如:
I hope everything is ok.
We're back at work today. I am writing to inform you that your order is under intensive processing and is expected to be completed in mid to late February. I will inform you as soon as the goods are finished.
Thank you for your patience.
写给订单可能出现延误的客户
这是在所难免的情况,虽然复工复产,但是一开始肯定不会那么快走上正轨,需要一个缓冲的时间。要在邮件中清楚地告诉客户确定好新的发货时间后,会第一时间通知客户。
例如:
I am contacting you to inform you that due to the shortage of raw materials, your order will be shipped later than expected.
Shipment is scheduled for the first week of March. Thank you for your patience. If you need any other assistance, please let me know. We are always here.
写给订单谈妥待付定金的客户
对待此类客户,我们需要简明扼要的表达自己的主题,即让客户尽早付定金,尽早安排生产,尤其是在出货旺季,定金支付更要果断。
例如:
May everything be all right.
We're back at work today, and I look forward to returning with renewed energy and enthusiasm, as do you.
I am writing to you today to follow up whether you can arrange the deposit this week. As it is the busy season now, we have to handle a lot of orders. If you order earlier, we can arrange production earlier.
Thank you for your understanding.
年前有意向的客户
年前有意向的客户也需要主动沟通,推进订单谈判,所以在写复工邮件时,我们要问问客户是否还有合作意向。我们要做的:查看一下之前的沟通记录,客户的进展到了哪一步,然后再继续进行
例如:
May everything be all right.
We have finished the Spring Festival holiday and officially returned to work. The purchasing season in March is coming. I hope we can reach a smooth cooperation before that and arrange production and shipment as soon as possible. Kindly remind me, do you have any questions about the scheme (or quotation) sent to you before?
The quotation is attached again, looking forward to your feedback.
写给潜在新客户
如果说上面给已付款或有意向的客户发的复工邮件是跟进邮件,那么给潜在客户发的复工邮件属于开发邮件,也就是“开发信”。
例如:

I'm Tony from ABC Company. I'm glad to tell you that our XX model products are in stock. Please feel free to tell me if you need them.

基本事务处理
01 工作信息调整
比如你的网站、社交媒体上,还放着春节的Banner和假期的相关信息(比如假期值班时间等),可以及时更新为“开工大吉”一类,向客户表明你已开工(复工)。
邮件、聊天工具在春节假期期间设置了自动回应的话,节后应及时调整和更新,进入正常的工作状态。聊天工具等处的休假状态也及时更新到上班状态。
02合作伙伴跟进
整理一下客户订单涉及的上下游服务商信息,比如工厂、供应商、货代、船公司等,以复工+拜个晚年的方式,了解各合作伙伴的开工情况,比如工厂的生产(供货)能力、价格变动情况、舱位情况、运输价格等。这些信息需要仔细梳理记录,为后续和客户沟通做好准备工作。
03对在进行的订单进行归类整理
对订单里所提及的问题比如订单涉及船运的、产品生产进度的、提单的、样品尺寸型号的等等,进行分类记录登记,然后按图索骥,分别咨询清楚。
要准备好以上信息,等待的反馈时间比较久,这里你要调整心态,确定哪些是应该做好的了,你可以根据时间的进度和客户的特点,对客户进行简单的分析,并进行分类。并把上边收集的信息和准备的资料进行筛选和匹配,条理清晰,了然于胸才可以准确进行跟进。
